| Senior Sustainability Engineer |
| Location: London, Midlands | Salary:£40-55k |
Overview:
Our client is one of the
leading providers of advice on sustainable and low
energy design in Britain. A multi-national
multi-disciplinary company with enormous resources
our client provides a wide range of engineering
and environmental services.
The sustainability
department is one of their fastest growing
department and has been established to provide
advice to developers, design teams, RDAs and local
authorities on the incorporation of sustainability
into developments and construction projects within
planning, commercial and economic constraints.
Responsibilities:
- As a Senior
Engineer, you will act as a Project Manager
co-ordinating teams and projects
- You will
advise on low energy design
- You will
develop sustainability and energy strategies for
developments and buildings
- Advise on cost
effective measures for introducing energy saving
measures and to developing procedures
- Give
policy advice and strategic plans to help
organisations implement Government and regional
policy on sustainability.
Requirements:
- A first Degree and/or MSc
in building services/energy or related
discipline
- Comprehensive experience within
the building sustainability field.
